This privacy policy governs the use of the Android application GdjeSuKamere created by private developer and author Darko Golner.
For Google Play and Huawei AppGallery purposes, this Privacy Policy is written in English although the Application language is Croatian.
User Provided Information
When a user starts the Application, it will automatically collect device’s unique Android ID and store in online database on http://www.darko-golner.com/. This information is used only for statistical purposes and it’s not shared with third parties.
The Application use the GPS technology to track and show your current position and speed in order to calculate the distance from speed cameras. Your current location and device unique ID are collected only if you submit new camera location from the Application, otherwise they are not collected.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, device ID, app version, country, language, mobile device type, OS name and version. This information will be shared and used by Google Analytics and Google AdMob for their analytics and statistics.
These information which Google collect can not be opt-out so you can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application.
Data Retention Policy
The author will retain User Provided data for as long as needed, not more than 20 years. If you would like to delete information you provided via the Application, please contact me at darko.golner@gmail.com and send your device ID as a reference. For every e-mail I will respond in reasonable time.
Please note that some data can not be deleted in order for the Application to function properly.
Children protection
The author will not use the Application to knowingly collect data from or market to children generally, especially under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and aware that your child has provided the Application information without your consent, please contact me at darko.golner@gmail.com and I will delete these information from online database in a reasonable time.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you are consenting to processing of your information. By using this Application you agree to respect all the points presented in this Privacy Policy.
License
The end user has only a limited non-exclusive license to use the Application and has no ownership rights in the Application. The user is not allowed to do reversed engineering of the Application or any part.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The author will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here.
